Restaurant software with your brand

Our restaurant software brings the menu, orders from every channel, the dining room, the kitchen, delivery, bookings and guests into one system, under your restaurant’s brand. It is made by Meypi Developers, a software studio in the Barcelona metropolitan area, for restaurants across Spain: you pay a monthly fee per venue, and if your case is special we tailor it.

What software do restaurants use?

Most commonly, a till system to take payments, surrounded by separate tools: one for bookings, another for the QR menu, orders from each delivery platform arriving on their own, and a separate website, each with its own screen and its own data.

Ours brings it all into one system under your restaurant’s brand, and it works alongside the till you already have: you do not need to replace it.

A day in your restaurant

From opening to closing, every order goes through the same system: from the menu to the kitchen, and from the kitchen to the table or your customer’s door.

  1. The menu, up to date

Before you open, the menu already matches the time of day: lunch or dinner. If the kitchen runs out of a dish, you mark it as sold out and it can no longer be ordered in the dining room, on your website or on the delivery platforms.

  2. Every order in one queue

Orders from your website, the table QR code, the phone and Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat land in the same queue, each with its channel and time. Nobody has to copy them by hand from one tablet to another.

  3. Dining room and counter

In the dining room, each server signs in with their PIN and works with the table plan, the rounds and split bills. At the counter, every order has its number and the screen tells your customer when it is ready.

  4. The kitchen, by station

Each station sees only its own dishes on its screen, with how long they have been waiting, priorities and changes highlighted. The ticket also prints on the kitchen printer. If it runs out of paper, it warns you, and nothing counts as printed until it comes out.

  5. Delivery

Delivery orders follow your zones, your minimum order and your delivery fees. You assign each one to a rider, who marks pickup, delivery or an incident on their phone, and your customer can track the order.

  6. Closing the day

At closing, you see sales by channel, best sellers and kitchen times, and you reconcile the day with your till. You can export it whenever you need.

What your software does

Everything that happens in your restaurant, from the moment someone looks at the menu until you close for the day.

  1. The menu

Categories, sizes, priced extras, set menus and photos. Every dish carries its allergens, and anything that sells out is removed instantly.

  2. Every order in one queue

Orders from your website, table QR codes, the phone and Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat all go into the same queue.

  3. Dining room and counter

The table plan, table moves, rounds and courses, split bills and notes on each dish.

  4. Kitchen and bar

Each station sees its dishes on its own screen, with timings, priorities and alerts, and the ticket also prints on the kitchen printer.

  5. Delivery

Zones, minimum order and delivery fees. You assign each order to a rider, who marks pickup and delivery on their phone.

  6. Bookings

Sittings and capacity with no overbooking. Guests book on your website and, when they arrive, their table opens.

  7. Guests

One record per guest with their orders and bookings, what they usually order and when they last came in.

  8. Campaigns and promotions

Emails and text messages under your brand to the guests who agree to receive them, plus coupons, codes, 2-for-1 deals and points.

  9. The day at a glance

Sales by channel, best sellers and kitchen times. At closing, the day reconciles with your till.

  10. Your brand

Your name, logo and colours on everything your guests and team see: the menu, the website, the screens, the emails and the tickets.

  11. Your website, custom-made

With its own design, an up-to-date menu and orders and bookings connected. You change the text and photos yourself.

  12. Your data, kept apart

Your restaurant has its own system and its own database, separate from everyone else’s. Each member of your team signs in with their own account.

The written proposal states what is delivered and when.

How do orders get from the dining room to the kitchen?

The server takes the order on the tablet, right at the table. Once it is sent, each dish goes to its station’s screen (the oven sees the pizzas and the bar, the drinks) and the ticket also prints in the kitchen.

Orders from the QR code, the counter and the delivery platforms follow the same path, so the kitchen works from a single queue.

  • Rounds and courses

Starters and mains go out when they should: the dining room calls the course and the kitchen sees it on its screen.

  • Notes on each dish

A “no onions” or a “well done” stays attached to its dish and stands out in the kitchen.

  • Timings and priorities

Each ticket shows how long it has been waiting, and the kitchen sees what goes first.

  • Table moves

If a table moves, its bill moves with it.

  • Split bills

The table splits the bill, and it is closed with your till’s reference.

  • Everyone with their own PIN

Each server signs in with their own, and who did what is recorded.

Your guests: their record, your campaigns and your points

Each guest has one record with their orders and bookings: you know what they usually order, how often they come and when they last did.

With that, you only write to people who want to hear from you, under your brand, and reward the ones who come back.

  • One record per guest

Orders from your website, the QR code and the dining room, and their bookings, in the same record.

  • Frequency and favourites

What they order most, how often they come and their last order.

  • Emails and texts under your brand

Campaigns to groups of guests, with their results once they finish.

  • Only to those who agree

Permission to receive your campaigns is asked for separately, and unsubscribing is easy.

  • Coupons, codes and 2-for-1 deals

Your restaurant’s promotions, with their conditions.

  • Points

Your guests earn points with their orders and redeem them.

Which restaurants is it built for?

It fits best with pizzerias, fast food and venues with delivery and takeaway, where orders come in from many places at once.

It also works for restaurants with a dining room, which use the table plan, bookings and the QR menu.

  • Pizzerias and fast food

A counter with order numbers, a kitchen by station and delivery by your own riders and the platforms.

  • Delivery and takeaway

Pickup and delivery from your website, with time slots, zones, minimum order and delivery fees.

  • Restaurants with a dining room

Table plan, rounds, bookings by sitting and the QR menu on every table.

  • Several venues

One fee per venue, with your brand on all of them.

Ready-made product or custom-built?

Most of the time, you take the product as it is: with your brand, your menu and your website, and a monthly fee per venue.

If you run a chain, a very large venue or a special case, we tailor it, with its own installation and a separate quote.

  • The product, ready

Everything on this page, with your brand and ready to use.

  • Custom-built

An installation just for your chain or your venue, with whatever you need to add.

  • Still the same product

The custom version comes from the same product, so it gets its improvements.

  • The same security

The custom installation meets the same security measures as the product.

What happens to your restaurant’s data?

Each restaurant has its own system and its own database. None can see anything from another, and we check this by trying to get from one into another, the way an attacker would.

Your guests, your orders and your sales are yours, and your whole team signs in with two-factor authentication.

  • Your system, kept apart

One system and one database per restaurant, separate from the rest.

  • Two-factor authentication

Everyone signs in with their own account and a second step, and after several failed attempts the account is locked.

  • Access log

Who signs in, when, and changes to users, permissions and settings are recorded.

  • Backups that restore

Backups are encrypted, and we check that they can be restored.

  • No double charges

An order only counts as paid when the payment provider confirms it, and nobody is ever charged twice.

  • If something fails

If the Internet goes down, the till keeps working and the kitchen keeps its queue. There is a written plan for every kind of failure.

How does it get up and running?

From first contact to your first service with the system.

  1. Tell us about your venue

How your dining room and kitchen work, where your orders come from and which till you use. We show you the system in a demo.

  2. Your brand, everywhere

We set up your restaurant with your name, logo and colours on the menu, the website, the screens and the emails.

  3. Your menu, set up with you

With its categories, sizes, extras, photos and allergens, and a menu for each time of day.

  4. Your website and your channels

We build your website or connect the one you already have, and we connect the delivery platforms.

  5. Your devices

We give you the list of tested tablets and printers, or we install the pack for you.

  6. Training and first service

Your team learns to use it before you open with it.

From your first service, we take care of the updates.

Questions about our restaurant software

Do I have to replace my till?

No. The system works alongside the till you already use: your till still issues the receipts, and at closing the system reconciles with it.

Does it take orders from Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat?

Yes. They go into the same queue as your website and dining room orders, and sold-out items and your opening hours are sent to the platforms too.

What if the Internet goes down?

The dining room keeps taking orders and the kitchen keeps its queue. When the connection comes back, anything pending is sent.

Which tablets and printers do I need?

We give you the list of compatible devices. If you would rather not deal with it, we bring you the pack with the devices installed.

Can I keep my website?

Yes. We connect the website you already have so it takes orders and bookings, or we build you a new one with its own design.

Do you charge a commission per order?

Not on orders from your website: you pay your venue’s monthly fee. The payment gateway charges its own fee, and Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat charge their commissions on their orders.

Which languages is your website in?

Spanish, Catalan and English.

Does it connect to Aipiter?

Yes, in a custom project: if your restaurant uses Aipiter, our business management software, we connect it.
