1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember something between one visit and the next. In this policy, the term also covers other ways of storing data in the browser, such as local storage.

The language cookie is only created if you choose a language in the selector. It does not need your consent: the Spanish Data Protection Agency exempts preference cookies that people choose themselves, such as language, as long as they are used only for that (Guía sobre el uso de las cookies, May 2024).
The security cookie is set by Cloudflare, which protects the website, when it checks that the visit comes from a browser. It does not need your consent either: the Agency exempts security cookies and those used to control fraud in the service.
The one that stores your choice does not need it either: it is there to respect it. Analytics and advertising cookies are only stored if you accept them in the notice, and you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you reject them, the website works just the same.
3. How to delete or block them
You can delete the cookies or stop them being stored from your browser. If you do, the website works the same, but it will not remember your language or your choice in the notice, which will appear again:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
