2. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice and these terms of use govern access to and use of meypidevs.com (the “website”). Anyone who visits the website becomes a user and accepts these terms from that moment.

The website describes the services of Meypi Developers (web design, apps, custom software and process automation) and its products, and lets you ask for information or a quote. Each project is agreed through its own quote, scope and specific terms.

3. Use of the website

Users of the website agree to:

  • Use the website and its content properly and lawfully, without breaching the law, public order or these terms.
  • Not introduce viruses, malware or anything else that could damage or disrupt how the website works.
  • Give accurate information when filling in the contact form.
  • Not reproduce, distribute or modify the content of the website without express permission.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of the website belongs to Meypi Developers: the graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos and every other element. Reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating it, in whole or in part, without express permission is prohibited.

The exploitation rights in the software built for each client pass to the client once the full project amount has been paid. They do not cover tools or components that already existed, nor third-party elements, which remain subject to their own licences.

5. Liability and links

Meypi Developers does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, and is not liable for damage caused by its unavailability due to force majeure or failures in telecommunications networks beyond its control.

The website may link to third-party sites. Meypi Developers is not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy policies, and a link does not imply approval of, association with or any relationship with their owners.

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the cookie the website uses, in the cookie policy.

7. Changes to these terms

Meypi Developers may change these terms when needed. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of its last update.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Barcelona, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
