Real estate web design for property developers
At Meypi Developers, a software studio in the Barcelona metropolitan area, we offer real estate web design for new-build property developers across Spain: a website for each development, with its own design and brand, that shows which homes are still available and sends every enquiry to the buyer’s record in the developer’s CRM.
What is a website for a development?
It is the website of a building or a residential scheme before it is finished: it shows the homes, their floor plans and specifications, and captures anyone who wants to know more.
It is not an estate agency website selling resale flats. A development sells the homes of a single project, each one available, reserved or sold, and that has to show on the website and stay up to date.
What does your development’s website do?
Your development’s website shows what your CRM knows and sends it what enquirers do, without anyone moving data from one place to another.
The development, with its brand
The home page presents the development with its name, its look and its colours: where it is, what it will be like and when it will be handed over.
Which homes are left
Each home appears as available, reserved or sold, exactly as it is in your CRM. When your team reserves one, the website shows it on its own, without anyone touching it.
Each home’s details sheet
With its type, floor, floor areas and floor plan. Anyone who asks about that home receives its details sheet as a PDF, on its own, under your company’s brand.
They pick their viewing time
The form sends the enquiry to its record in the CRM, with its source and the home they are interested in. If they want to view it, they choose a time from the agent’s available slots and the viewing goes into the agent’s schedule.
Open days and events
Enquirers sign up on the website for the development’s open days and presentations, and at the door their attendance is recorded with a QR code.
Construction, kept up to date
You change the construction updates, photos and text yourself with Meypi Core, and we take care of the technical side until you sell the last home.
What your development’s website includes
A website to sell the homes in your development, connected to your sales team.
Your design and brand
A design of its own for each development, with its name, look and colours.
Availability up to date
Every home available, reserved or sold, exactly as it is in your CRM, with no manual website updates.
Every enquiry, to its record
Anyone who asks for information goes straight into the buyer’s record, with the home they are interested in.
Events
Prospective buyers sign up on the website for the development’s open days and presentations.
You edit it
You change the text, photos and construction updates yourself with Meypi Core, without emailing us.
Until the last home
We take care of the technical side from the day you accept the quote until you sell the last home.
What your development’s website includes is set out in the proposal, in writing.
Tell us about your developmentWhat does it mean that the website is connected to the CRM?
That the website has no list of homes of its own: it shows the one in your CRM. When your team reserves or sells a home, the website shows it instantly, and nobody has to remember to update it.
And that every enquiry goes into the CRM with what it takes to follow it up: which development and which home they are asking about, how they found you and which channels they agree to be contacted on. From there it goes to the right agent and, if they asked for a viewing, it is already in the agent’s schedule.
Availability
Your CRM’s, instantly.
Enquiries with their source
The development, the home and the channel.
Consent
Which channels they agree to be contacted on.
Viewings
In the agent’s schedule.
The price, if you want
The website only shows it if you publish it.
What does each home’s details sheet include?
The same on the website and in the PDF sent to anyone who asks about it: type, floor and orientation, usable and built floor areas, floor plan, construction status and planned handover date, energy rating and the price, if you publish it.
Before it goes out, each sheet is checked for the information required by the law of the region where the development is. If anything is missing, it does not go out until it is completed. And if someone asks about a home that is no longer available, they are told and offered similar homes still for sale.
Floor plan and areas
Usable and built, with the home’s floor plan.
Construction
Where it stands and when it will be handed over.
Energy rating
On every sheet.
What the law requires
Checked before publishing.
What happens to the website while the development is being built?
A development changes a lot before handover: first it is presented, then it goes on sale, construction moves forward and in the end only a few homes are left. The website keeps pace with each stage: the launch, availability, construction updates and the last homes.
You change the text, photos and construction updates yourself with Meypi Core. We take care of the technical side until you sell the last home.
Launch
The development, before sales begin.
Sales
The homes and their availability, up to date.
Construction
The updates, told by you.
Last homes
Until you sell the last one.
What about buyers who do not speak Spanish?
Your development’s website can be published in Spanish, Catalan and English. And whatever each enquirer receives goes out in their language: the reply to their request, the home’s details sheet, the viewing confirmation and the reminders.
So someone who asks in English on the website gets everything in English, and your agent sees their language noted on their record.
Three languages
Spanish, Catalan and English.
Everything in their language
Replies, details sheets, confirmations and reminders.
How do we build your development’s website?
From the first meeting to the website going live, and then until the last home.
Your development
You tell us about the development: the homes, the phases, the buyers and how your sales team works.
The design
We show you the website design before we build it, so you can see it and we can adjust it.
The CRM connection
We connect the website to your CRM: availability comes from it and enquiries go into it.
The launch
We launch the website and show you how to change the text, photos and construction updates.
You receive the quote in writing, with what is delivered at each step.
A development website or an estate agency website?
| Development website | Estate agency website | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is for | Selling the homes in a single project | Advertising properties from many owners |
| What it shows | Every home with its floor plans and whether it is available, reserved or sold | One listing per property, with photos and price |
| Enquiries | To the buyer’s record in the developer’s CRM, with the home they are interested in | To the agency’s software |
| Who edits it | You, with Meypi Core | Depends on who built it |
When it is not worth it
If you sell or let resale flats, an estate agency website is already built for that. A development website pays off when you sell new builds.
How much does a real estate website cost?
There is no single figure: the price depends on what the website has to do. These are the factors that move it most.
Developments
Whether it is one website per development or a developer website with all its developments.
Homes
How many homes and types it shows, with their floor plans.
Languages
How many languages it is published in.
The connection
Whether it connects to your CRM for availability and enquiries.
You receive the quote in writing, split into phases, with what is delivered in each one.

Do you build one website per development?
Yes, each development can have its own, with its own design. If you prefer, a developer website with all your developments.
